The Dominican Republic Whale Watching Liveaboards

Ideal for: Snorkelers

From the end of January to the start of April each year the annual migration of Humpback Whales arrives at the Silver Banks.  Moving from their feeding grounds in the colder oceans the Humpbacks come to socialise, mate and calve and a few liveaboards offer expeditions to observe and snorkel with these amazing mammals.  During the trip it will be possible to see the whales breaching the surface in impressive displays of strength and snorkel with mother and calve Humpbacks all under the watchful eyes of experienced guides who will insure the whales are not disturbed and that passengers get some truly unique and unforgettable experiences.
