Fiji Liveaboards

fiji is often called the soft coral capital of the world and with good reason.  exploring the stunning reefs of fiji from a liveaboard will offer more diving at more remote, less dived sites throughout the many islands with more chances to see the pelagics that pass the islands.

Fiji Liveaboards

Ideal for: Advanced Open Water Diver recommended

Fiji is located at the meeting point of Polynesia and Melanesia in the South Pacific roughly 1,300 miles north of New Zealand. The islands and islets that make up Fiji are surrounded by stunning coral reefs, lagoons, drop offs, wrecks and caves with some of the most pristine soft coral in the world. The warm, clear waters provide a great back drop for budding under water photographers with prolific reef life including a number of Shark species (Grey Reef, White Tip Reef, Black Tip Reef, Silvertip, Tawny Nurse, Sicklefin Lemon, Bull and even an occasional Scalloped Hammerhead and Tiger Sharks), Moray and Ribbon Eels, Turtles, Tuna, Barracuda, Giant Trevally, Napoleon Wrasse and there are also a couple of Manta Ray cleaning stations. Macro lovers will not be disappointed with Pipefish, Seahorses, Nudibranches, Shrimps, Octopus and more to be found by a sharp eye. The variety of dive sites on offer in Fiji makes it a fantastic destination for beginner through to experienced divers with shallow protected sites, caverns, steep walls and wrecks.

The islands of Fiji have much to offer and to get the most out of the fantastic diving a liveaboard is recommended as more dives are offered and more remote locations are accessible then from resorts.
